Following this experience, I later started my own business concentrating on private catering for small functions. Our fish counter in Tisbury is now giving me an outlet to continue in this vein, supplying fish based ready meals, pates and fish accompaniments, through to a made to order fruit de mer to suit the personal taste.”

This time served also means I have a strong network of suppliers, enabling us to put out an interesting and varied fresh fish slab at competitive prices. It was a pleasure to establish our fresh fish business in Stockbridge initially, but are now delighted to have moved business and home to Tisbury, as we are able to share our experience with the public, bringing the best quality seafood, prepared to individual needs, from the plentiful waters which surround the British Isles.”
