MUSSELS WITH HARISSA
A fantastic quick Friday night supper. Rich and indulgent and a great start to the weekend. Serve with fresh crusty bread.
For the simplest of all mussel recipes, you can’t beat this one. It takes minutes to prepare & cook yet is delicious and filling as a light supper. Try it with local watercress and your favourite Italian white wine.
PAN SEARED SCALLOPS WITH CRISPY BACON & SAGE
If you’ve never tried scallops, then this is the recipe to start with. The combination of rich juicy scallops covered in crispy bacon, is one not to be missed. Just serve with fresh green salad.
COD, CHORIZO, BUTTER BEAN & SPINACH
For a more filling dish, with a bit of a kick, try this. If you want a change from Cod, then try it with Haddock, Sea Bass or Pollock. Serve with a green salad and home-made potato wedges with their skins on.
